ANA CAMPELLO ESCLAPEZ

After long years in which I have intercalate stages of professional development in the field of my academic training as Civil Engineer, with stages of full dedication to my family and the care of my 4 children, we moved to Chile at the beginning of 2012 for work reasons of my husband. It was there that I had my first contact with yoga. I started attending yoga classes three times a week at a sports center in the capital, Santiago. Just a year later I was a daily yoga practitioner, and my growing interest had become a true personal vocation and philosophy of life. At the end of 2013 I began to give individual classes to some friends, and over time and word of mouth to more people, albeit intermittently. In 2016 we returned to Spain, and I have the opportunity to formalize my knowledge in yoga through a certificate of professionalism, by taking the first promotion in the province of Alicante of the title "Instruction in Yoga" of 560 hours. Since then I have been professionally dedicated to this wonderful discipline attending different groups in Santa Pola, El Altet (Elche), and to a greater extent Gran Alacant.

IDOIA MORO

Being a Yoga practitioner substantially transformed my life and brought me a higher level of awareness, clarity, calm and joy. I am a journalist and I have developed my professional activity for 18 years in different places, which has allowed me to harbor a curious life perspective and open to new horizons. I became professionally certified as an instructor in the first promotion of the title "Instruction in Yoga" taught in Elche. I also did other face-to-face and online training in different Yoga and meditation specialties, which make up a constant search for didactic and self-learning experiences. Currently, I teach introductory courses to yogic techniques in public institutions and collaborating centers in the province of Alicante, and classes in different associations, centers and homes in Elche.

BEGOÑA BARBERÁ OROZCO

I studied Journalism and worked on the radio and on websites, until a postgraduate degree in International Information and Southern Countries led me to cross the pond and start a journey working with the media at first and then, increasingly, with NGOs and United Nations agencies as a social communicator. I had my first contact with yoga in 2008 in the peninsula, but it was in El Salvador, in Central America, where in 2012 I began to receive yoga classes in a more comprehensive way. That's when my infatuation with this practice began. This led me to seek yoga classes with each trip, in each country, and I discovered how broad and diverse this philosophy of life is. I practiced with different schools in Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Bolivia, Nicaragua, the United States ... and the infatuation was consolidated. In 2019, back to Spain, I decided to train as an instructor, at the same time that I began to train in the development of digital projects. My initial idea was to do a digital communication project with an intercultural and human rights approach, but life led me to intermingle the two formations, giving rise to a yoga and meditation project called "Yoga para viajeras". Now I give face-to-face yoga classes in Orihuela and develop a virtual accompaniment program through yoga and meditation.
